Hey all,
  I'm a huge fan of the show Avatar the Last Airbender. If you have not seen it check it out all 3 seasons are for sale now. It was a kids cartoon on Tv that I think parents would enjoy to watch as well. The series is about Aang the Last Airbender a boy who was destined to be the Avatar, well something happened and he awakens 100 years later to a changed world. You have the 4 nations fire, water, air and earth and each has people called benders who have mystical control of thier elements. Well during his rest the fire nation has taken control and all the Airbenders are gone, thanks to the fire nation. Aang is the Avatar but must master the 4 elements before he can bring peace to the nations. He has help from Katara a water bender and her brother Sokka a warrior of the water tribe. In the second season my favorite character Toph (sorry can't remember the spelling at the moment) an earth bender joins him. The cast is great with so many side characters, villians, and companions that you get attached to I hope the movie is able to capture it. I highly recommend watching the animated series before the July release, think of it as reading Lord of the Rings before you went to the theatre. The show is meant for a young audience but adults can really enjoy. Please give it a chance and I know you will enjoy it.
