Well, we're in the final stages of formatting the rulebook and making the last playtest changes. We've sent the initial draft to Mongoose Publishing in Swindon, UK. We're looking into the possibility of the Flaming Cobra imprint program with Mongoose which would mean hard copy print runs (soft cover, perfect binding, color glossy cover, b/w interior) and worldwide distribution.

If Mongoose accepts "Z" (every preliminary indication is positive), we'll lbe signing contracts and going worldwide! We're obviously very, VERY excited about this prospect. Mongoose is a great company run by true gamers and partnering with them in this manner is a great step.

If we reach an agreement with Mongoose, I'll post it (enthusiastically) here first! I'll also let everyone know when the official release schedule is available, but we're expecting to have initial pre-release copies ready for sale at Historicon in Lancaster, PA in late July.

The Link to the Wargaming Online for Apocalypse Z is not working (or at least I can't find Apocalypse Z on their website.

Will I be able to order a printed copy?

Actually,

I need to kick our webgeek in the pants for posting a Wargaming Online link for Apocalypse-Z. Since "Z" is a Flaming Cobra imprint product with Mongoose Publishing, we can't release it independently as a downloadable PDF. It will be available as a full world-wide print release in November. Mongoose will likely place it as a PDF through their own channels a few months after the full release.

We have several pre-release print books still available after Historicon. The only difference between this release and the full release is the lack of ISBN & Barcode, as well as the printed price on the back cover. The full release version will have these "nitty" little things when their printed for November. The entire contents of the pre-release book are identical to the full release, with the same paper/print quality and cover.

List price for the full release is $14.95, pre-release copies are $15.00 + 2.00 shipping, as we're not charging any sales tax since the books aren't flowing through the traditional channels. We hope the nickel more won't dissuade you! :)

We're also offering an "Exploding Goat Zombie Battlepack" which includes the book and an embroidered Exploding Goat (logo) messenger field bag (we currently have tan and gray). The price of the battlepack is $34.00. This includes a $7 discount on the bag and $4 shipping. The bags are high quality canvass with a carry strap. You can fit between 9-10 rule books in it, perfect for all of your gaming rule needs! We'll be posting pictures of the messenger bags shortly.
