I'm working on putting together stat cards for Apoc-Z. While no where near finished, I thought I'd get some in put from people.
At the moment, I'm using "found via google" art for the pics, so if anyone bitches I'll be sure to change it.
It is in PDF Format at the Moment, but it is being created with MS Publisher (and I'm no expert at it) and when I'm done they will be available in both PDF and Publisher format.
Please critique and be honest. I want these cards to be usable by all (not just me).
Edit: Jeesh, thought I'd know when to hit the submit button
But I'll be creating cards for the Augmentations and skills so when you have something like a zombie abomination, you can pull the 75 points in cards with the abilities on them and keep them with the unit card.

Not bad. That'll be easier on these old eyes than flipping through all those darned pages Jay and his band of evil goats make me do.
I think the only thing I'd harp on, and that's just me being a ding-dong, is the graphics and I can't think of better ones.
I'd switch out the zombie soldier for something more military, but I did a quick search and couldn't find anything. Same for plague zombie. I think more akin to plague marine from 40k. Oozing and infested. The bile zombie...........I wanna make a crack about an ex-girlfriend, but I fear for my safety.
I was thinking about all the various "zombie walks" that have tons of people dressing up as zombies. When I can, I'll troll through them and see if I can find anything that might be a good sub.
Yea, I've been searching. I'm hoping that Jay might say it's ok to use from the book (I can scan them in) and might due that and see if he scream "fowl" er I mean "foul".

Actually, you're more than welcome to use the art, although we have official Z stat cards on the way using the same art. These will be free downloads off of our site and hopefully Mongoose's...
It's simply a matter of putting the finishing touches on them (although that's going slowly what with work on D and 666...)
Tooooooo many projects and not enough time/money/resources (not to mention the full time jobs, homes, and families...aaaaaaarrrrrrrgggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh)

What's the ETA on the cards?

Wow! The cards are not complete, but your use has motivated me to complete the set!
Thanks for the vote of confidence!
(And you will be posting pictures and a battle report, right? ;). )
Battle report, absolutely...yes. The big life saver (or time server as well) were the tables you created for the Ferral zombies. I also used them for my individual heroes.
Finish the stuff you got planned but more important get a game in with your creations!
I was wondering if anything ever came of the cards. We've been playing Zombies!!, Zombitown and Last night on earth and now that I have ApocZ, Im thinking this is the best of all worlds.
Sorry, but 99% of my projects fell of the radar with my wife hurting herself during our remodel and layoffs where I work (making me work 12-16 hour days now).
I'll be glad to get back on them when things settle down.
I thought that Mastergoat had stated that Mongoose was going to be producing some, but have not seen them. (And I check Wargames Vault a lot.
@ master goat, your in the Big Leagues now! The WARSTORE carries Apoc-Z! Whoot (I'm getting another copy!)

Yeah... about those cards... I have them in the works along with 1000 other projects... it might be a little while before I can get them finished (tax season...up to my eyeballs in Goat taxes). I apologize for the delay (been doing that a lot lately... too bad I can't quit my crummy day job).
As far as The Warstore... WOW! I had given a preview copy to Dorothy (Neal's wife) while we were teaching painting classes together at Historicon last summer. I guess it took them a while, but glad to see its there. I did make sure to push it to the guys working their booth at Cold Wars last month ;)
